Valentines

Valentines began since few hours ago,

yet I am still single even as I am getting old;

Ideas, plans I had heard from those with a hand to hold,

Roses, beaches, sunsets, behold!!!

Though still a lone ranger I am currently,

yet missing Valentines would be something silly;

I did something in which there is still you and me,

I smiled looking through the pictures you took with me.

This Valentines will be special to me,

for I longed and hope and wish that you are here with me;

I will persevere, that was the word you gave me,

from the next Valentines onwards the one you will be with is ME. =)
